Google Drive is a file storage solution offered through the University of Arizona’s Google Workspace for Education license. Students will automatically gain an account with 15 GB of combined storage when their NetID has been created. All can create, store, and collaborate with faculty, other students, or colleagues from outside the university. Google is a FERPA safe application but is not PHI or HIPAA applicable. Although Google is primarily an application intended for students, faculty and staff can attain an account by visiting https://account.arizona.edu/.

  • Use Google Drive desktop to sync your files for easy acess from Explorer or Finder
