With inbound toll free 800 service, incoming long-distance calls are billed to the party called rather than to the calling party. UITS provides this service for UA customers located both on and off campus. Toll free 800 service also includes 888, 877, and 866 prefixes. Rates cover incoming calls only. UITS offers several toll free 800 service arrangements that allow you to use your regular office lines for incoming toll-free calls, as well as other options to fit your needs.
