This article introduces Campus IT Partnerships (CITP) Navigator Program.

CITP is focused on fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, innovation and value across the University of Arizona. Proactive business relationship management is critical to building trust and improving partnerships across the university and is at the core of a business-driven service delivery strategy. In order to achieve this goal, the Navigator Program was developed.
