Microsoft Teams (after email change)


You may experience authentication issues in Microsoft Teams after the change to @arizona.edu. Issues experienced in the browser may be different than those experienced in the app. Authentication errors may take any of the following forms:

For anyone experiencing authentication issues in Teams, it is recommended that you first clear your browser cache. It is also recommended that you then log out of both locations and then log in to the browser version first. This will resolve some issues.
