This article shares information on how Payroll ensures all employees can get to their tax forms and pay stubs electronically.

This also applies to ex-employees who retain limited provisioning in UAccess to download their W-2 and 1095-C forms, as well as to update their mailing address. However, when possible, they should verify their contact information and, if desired, change from electronic to mail delivery of these documents before the last day of work.

The following considerations apply:

• if the ex-employee has been terminated greater than 18 months AND they can no longer access UAccess due to an inability to enroll in NetID+, they should contact Payroll for tax documents. Payroll will then work with those ex-employees to get the forms to them.
• if the ex-employee has been terminated for less than 18 months and cannot log in to UAccess Employee, the 24/7 team should assist the ex-employee to gain access to UAccess Employee.
