This article provides directions to UA Gmail users on how to manage files within Google Drive. 

Google has a built-in transfer service available from your account dashboard. This feature will automatically transfer UA Gmail and Drive files that you own to your personal Google account.

If you do not have a personal account, you can create one for free.
