This article explains how to get technical support from the 24/7 Support Center

Service is provided by phone, live chat, in-person, or online by submitting a support ticket using ServiceNow.

Contact Options

The 24/7 Support Center offers multiple ways to get technical assistance, available any time, day or night:

Phone
Call for immediate assistance: 520-626-TECH (8324)

Chat
Start a live chat by selecting the CHAT button on the Chat tile or the 24/7 CHAT NOW button in the lower right corner.

In-Person
Visit a Tech Zone location for device assistance.

Online
Submit a service request using the Get Support form in ServiceNow.

Self Service
Search the knowledge base for support documentation.

Get Support via Chat

This panel shares instructions on how to access the 24/7 Support Center using the live chat service:

  1. Go to 24/7 Support Center.
  2. Start a Chat:
    1. Select CHAT from the Chat tile, or
    2. Select the 24/7 CHAT NOW button in the lower right corner.
  3. Follow the prompts to provide your identity and describe your issue.
  4. A support staff member will review your profile and assist you accordingly.
  5. When you're done, select the small x in the top-right corner to exit the chat.

     
  6. Select Yes to confirm that you want to close the chat.
  7. (Optional) After the chat ends, you can:
    1. Download the transcript for your records.
    2. Complete the survey to provide feedback.
