This article introduces Box, a secure storage option for storing standard university data.

Box may be used to store public and internal information, as well as to store some confidential information (i.e. FERPA) as long as access controls are in place. However, Box should not be used to store regulated data (i.e. HIPAA, ITAR, etc.).
