This article provides instructions for syncing your Outlook Calendar to your Zoom app (desktop client). This allows you to join a scheduled meeting with one click.
Instructions
Follow these steps to sync your Outlook calendar to your Zoom app.

- Sign in to the Zoom web portal at arizona.zoom.us using your @arizona.edu credentials.
- Select Profile from the left pane.
- Scroll down to locate Calendar & Contacts Integration in the right pane.
- Select Configure Calendar and Contacts Service.

- Select Office 365 from the pop-up menu and click Next. (DO NOT select Exchange.)
- Ensure the Authorize with OAuth 2.0 checkbox is selected.
- Select the Authorize button.

- Enter your @arizona.edu address & password (NetID credentials) if prompted.
- If you see a message that says, Permissions Requested for Zoom, select Accept. This authorizes the connection between Microsoft and Zoom.
- A confirmation message will appear at the top of your page confirming your changes.
- You may need to log out and then log back into the Zoom app for this new configuration to activate.
- If your Meetings tab does not display all of your meetings, select the refresh icon on the Meetings tab.

You must have the Zoom desktop app running to get notifications.
If your meetings do not appear in your Zoom app, go back to the web portal and select the Configure button. For additional information, visit Zoom's support page for Calendar Integration.
Add Zoom Link - Outlook on Desktop
Once you complete the steps to sync Zoom to Outlook, you can add Zoom to an Outlook meeting.

- With the Outlook meeting open, select the ellipsis icon (three dots) in the top right corner of the screen. (You may have to expand the window to see the icon)
- Hover over Zoom from the drop-down menu and select Add a Zoom Meeting from the fly-out menu.
- Zoom will add a Zoom link to the location field of your meeting and other details in the body of your meeting.
